while developing healthy relationships with family, peers,
and community .

All youth are precious resources. By helping young people
to channel their energy and creativiy, we can help the community
to see youth as resources, rather than "the problem".

Creativity is a valuable tool in problem solving, goal setting, and
coping with difficult situations. It is not an end in itself, but a means to an end.
Creativity is emphasized in every program activity.
